In a high-performing, fast-scaling company like Carlisle Homes, sustaining momentum takes more than strategy updates and quarterly reports. With ambitious growth targets and a team spread across functions and disciplines, the leadership recognised a clear need: to realign, recharge, and remind everyone why they’re here—and why it matters.

The brief for the 2023 all-hands event, We Are Carlisle, was clear:

Myke was engaged to design and host the full-day offsite experience—holding the throughline of the event while weaving together executive strategy, cultural messaging, celebration, and creative engagement.

Myke’s role was part MC, part keynote, part experience designer, ensuring the energy, focus, and connection remained high from first arrival to final cheers.

To nail the brief Myke crafted the day as a full-spectrum experience, balancing the essential with the emotional, the strategic with the celebratory.

  • Opening Experience: Myke opened the day by setting a bold tone, framing the gathering as more than a meeting, but a moment of collective renewal. The GM's strategy launch was then positioned not as a directive, but as a shared mission.

  • Exec Panel & Strategy Launch: We humanised the leadership team through a facilitated panel, giving voice to vulnerability, vision, and values.

  • Interactive Engagement: Across the day, we ran high-impact activities and games designed to dissolve silos, spark laughter, and strengthen cross-functional relationships—without ever feeling “cheesy” or forced.

  • Live Music + Atmosphere Design: Live music underscored key transitions and elevated the energy in the room, adding a sense of ceremony and celebration throughout.

  • Excellence Awards Ceremony: The day culminated with a heartfelt and humorous awards segment. Honouring individual and team achievements in a way that felt genuinely celebratory and culturally aligned.
