Project Summary
Bankwest, one of Australia’s most established financial institutions, was in the midst of a radical transformation. To stay ahead in a fast-changing landscape, they knew they needed to disrupt themselves from within, prioritising agility, customer-centricity, and bold cultural renewal.
To support this shift, they launched Blaze Leadership: a signature initiative designed to equip leaders to lead in new, more human-centered ways. But they knew from the outset this couldn’t feel like another tick-the-box leadership event.
They needed a launch that would cut through cynicism, inspire belief, and forge new leadership identities across the business. It had to be real. Alive. Memorable. And it had to land with 500 leaders at once.
That’s where Myke came in.
In collaboration with Dr. Jason Fox, Myke was brought in to design and deliver an experience that could do just that—ignite the Blaze mindset in real time, with full-body, full-heart engagement.
