Project Summary

Bankwest is a 124-year-old institution disrupting itself from the inside out.

With bold aspirations to lead in agility, customer-centricity, and cultural transformation,
they knew launching their Blaze Leadership initiative couldn’t feel like another corporate event.

They needed energy. Authenticity.
A spark that could shift the entire system.

So they called Dr. Jason Fox and Mykel Dixon to cook up something spectacular.

Together, we designed and delivered a full-day immersive leadership experience that brought the Blaze mindset to life—visually, viscerally, and vibrantly.

Using live music, interactive creative challenges, and embodied reflection, we got 500 leaders thinking, feeling, and moving in ways they’d never experienced at work.

Internal content became a living, breathing experience—activating parts of their brains (and hearts) they hadn’t touched in years.
